Returns & Exchanges

At AEMBR®, we strive to ensure your home sanctuary is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance experience, we offer returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our handcrafted items, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original AEMBR® packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
