What makes AEMBR® candles different from standard brands?
We specialize in clean-burning, luxury home fragrances using a proprietary blend of vegan coconut and soy wax. Our scents are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free, ensuring a sophisticated olfactory experience without the toxins.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that during peak seasonal launches, processing times may extend slightly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring AEMBR® to more countries in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent. If you are unsatisfied, we accept returns of unlit and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.
How can I ensure my candle burns evenly?
To prevent tunneling, ensure the first burn lasts long enough for the wax pool to reach the edges of the vessel. Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every light to maintain a clean, steady flame.
Are your fragrance oils safe for pets?
Our fragrances are formulated with high-quality ingredients that are generally safe for home use; however, we always recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets.
